Understand the price, find your work and handle task issues.
01How pricing works
On the site channel, images use the price for their model and settings; prompt rows are charged separately. Video uses per-second or per-task pricing. Check total credits first. Gen credits are site credits.
Per-second lines may include reference duration; per-task lines use a fixed price. Fractional credits round up. Use the server quote before submitting.
BYOK personal channels do not check or debit Gen credits. Your selected API provider bills your API account; Gen credits cannot pay those costs. Check the provider’s prices and balance first.
Try this example
Illustration, not a fixed price: At 2 credits/second, five output seconds without references cost 10 credits. If reference duration is billed, adding 10s of video and 3s of audio gives (5 + 10 + 3) × 2 = 36 credits. At 20 credits/task, one task costs 20 credits, without multiplying by duration.
02Understand task status
| Setting / question | What it means | What to do |

| Queued | Recorded and waiting for submission or processing. | Check History; do not submit duplicates. |
| Generating | Processing time depends on model, inputs and queue. | Leave and return later; status refreshes periodically. |
| Saving / save needs retry | Generation finished; saving is in progress or needs retrying. | Retry saving continues the original task without regeneration. |
| Needs review / resume | A connection issue prevents confirmation of acceptance. | Resume first; avoid duplicate tasks. Contact support with the task ID if unresolved. |
| Completed / failed | Preview and download when complete. Confirmed site-channel failure refunds credits charged to that task. Personal channels neither charge nor refund Gen credits. | Check the failure reason. For personal API charges and refunds, check the provider’s records. Generating again may incur a new charge. |
03Common questions

| Reuse looks different? | Randomness, models and references affect results. | Keep inputs consistent and change one factor at a time. |
| Where is my work? Is it public? | In History. Personal results and references are private by default. | Download work to keep it. Only examples explicitly published by admins enter showcases. |
